Ed and Ligia’s last day.

Sadly today is the last day Ed and Ligia will be in Toronto. While we have enjoyed their company and learned a great deal from them, we know they are eager to get back to Bluefields to continue their important work there.
We are grateful they have been able to spend so much time with using guiding us in our plans and inspiring us to help ease the suffering of others. Thanks to them, our team at Cornerstone now has a clear idea of what the needs are for Verbo and for Bluefields. It appears that the school is in desperate need of assistance and we will look for ways for us to step up and help in their time of need.
Here at Nicaragua Hope, some major changes will be coming over the next few months as we move from a simple blog site to a community connecting individuals and organizations to specific projects and needs in Nicaragua.
Please stick around for this transition in the next few months! It will be an exciting time.
Tonight we will be having a send-off dinner and say our goodbyes. It will be sad to see them go, but I know I will see them again very soon.
