Overdue update - Ramping up for 2008 Mission!

At long last here is an update on this site and activities related to myself, and the 2008 mission.
First off, I just wanted to say that I am now a proud father! Needless to say that my new son is taking up a lot of my time, but life is slowly settling and now I can get back to updating Nicaragua Hope.
The team from Cornerstone Church is slowly gearing up for the mission back to Bluefields in 2008. We have many activities and fund raising events in the coming months and this site will be used to help provide information for everyone. The money being raised from this year’s fund raising campaign will be used to finance Verbo projects in Bluefields as well as help the team purchase equipment, school supplies, and some trip expenses.
Lastly, hurricane Felix is a major blow to the eastern coast of Nicaragua. Please pray for the people in Nicaragua, and donate to rebuilding efforts!
